Wide Romanesque Siloti. 5" wide, sandy wood with 22K gold leaf over red panel, hand carved. The siloti is a reverse moulding that is adaptable to a wide variety of carving styles and finishes. This frame is an excellent example of how Mr. Heydenryk combined the formal elements of a gilt finish with a textural and carved wood pattern.
